Areas of Law and Fees

Areas of law: International tax, trusts & estate planning, corporate commercial law
International tax law, estate planning and inheritance involving assets in multiple countries, corporate law, and commercial law in common law countries (United States of America, United Kingdom and Commonwealth). Able to communicate in English or Spanish.

Fees: € 190 per hour or € 500 per day, plus 19% German VAT. A limit on the maximum amount of time spent will normally be agreed in advance.

Areas of law: German tax law
Billing will be based on the German Lawyers' Compensation Act (RVG), in most cases according to the value of the matter. You will be informed of the likely fees in a first-contact e-mail, which as the client introductory e-mail, will itself be free of charge. For consumers the fees for the initial consultation are capped under the RVG at € 249.90 (including German VAT and expenses).

The following areas of law are only handled in collaboration with other fields of law
Criminal law in connection with tax, commercial, trade or insolvency law.

In all other areas of law lawyers known from previous cases can be recommended.
